Product Owner

Trionas growing team in Helsinki is on the lookout for a Product Owner.

You might come from a purely functional requirement analysis background, or as a product owner, you may also have technical expertise. You have several years of experience in agile software development and want to join Triona's team of experts in the field. Familiarity with ceremonies and practices of agile methods, e.g., based on the Scrum or SAFe model, is a plus.

What we expect from you You have experience in listening to the voice of the customer and stakeholders and representing it to the development team, as well as in prioritizing the team's work. You analyze even more complex requirements and formulate them into as unambiguous and comprehensible text as possible in Finnish and/or English, so that developers can work as uninterrupted as possible on the implementation.

You may have extensive experience with the customer service interface, working closely with the customer's product owner in refining and prioritizing requirements. You can, from a business perspective, align customer requirements to an implementable system while respecting the customer's wishes. You can also structure large entities into smaller pieces and timeline them.

Experience with our customers' industries is a key success factor for Triona. Hence, knowledge of the following is beneficial, but not essential: • Technical expertise; • Experience in transportation infrastructure, forestry industry, or transportation and logistics sector; and • Good oral and written proficiency in Finnish and English.
