Fraktkedjan AB goes live with TRACS Flow

7 June 2021

In Spring 2019, Triona signed a frame agreement with Allmänna Transport och Logistik Alliansen i Skandinavien AB (ATLAS-gruppen) for its TRACS Flow product. TRACS Flow is a user-friendly and modern platform for the digital transformation of order management from agreement and order processing to planning, execution, and monitoring. The second phase of the deployment project at ATLAS Gruppen has now been concluded at one of their companies, Fraktkedjan. From December 2020, TRACS Flow is Fraktkedjan’s central Order Management System.

Fraktkedjan is Triona’s first customer using Kolli, TRACS Flow’s latest module. Kolli is able to handle Fraktkedjan’s Warehousing and their parcel/goods distribution all integrated in TRACS Flow. This was earlier handled by two different systems.

Thanks to TRACS Flow, Fraktkedjan is now able to efficiently handle and control the complete supply chain from order booking to invoicing and monitoring in one system.

Fraktkedjan together with other companies in the Atlas Group procured a new business system. We selected TRACS Flow which is developed by Triona. We at Fraktkedjan believe our new business system has great potential. TRACS Flow is a modern system that can be customized and integrated to give critical support to our business processes. Now when the system is deployed, we can see a huge potential in continuing to develop our business support, increasing efficiency, and thus staying ahead of competition in our new and existing business. We should have great respect for the business system transformation. It is extremely important to minimize disruption for our clients, personnel, and transport companies. We are therefore grateful for the very professional support Triona has provided during the process, from procurement to deployment. Triona has been very visible during the process so that we together have been able to iron out potential issues and to find new and better ways of working”. Peter Agervi, CEO Fraktkedjan.
