High Customer Satisfaction for Triona’s Customers

In a recent customer satisfaction survey Triona received a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 82, a score which we see as a positive acknowledgement from our customers.
To be able to get a consistent measurement of customer satisfaction Triona carries out regular customer satisfaction surveys with help from an external agency. This is Zondera who specialize in follow-up customer surveys and organizational development. The results from these surveys are analyzed internally with the aim of identifying areas for improvement. This work is governed by Triona’s quality and environmental management system.
This year Triona received a CSI of 82. The score is a summary of the survey results based on the proportion of positive responses (positive responses are calculated as 4 or 5 on a 5-point scale). Especially pleasing is the very positive feedback on how well Triona’s support performs and how Triona adds value and contributes to its customers’ businesses. The survey also helps Triona identify which areas customers want them to develop further.
